The British Football Academy Singapore

1. Registration

Registration in any BFA programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Programmes include:

  • Academy Training
  • Pathways Programme
  • Holiday Camps
  • Goalkeeper Programme
  • Girls Programme
  • Adult Leagues
  • Tournaments and Events

2. Fees and Payments

Programme fees must be paid by the due date stated on invoices. BFA reserves the right to suspend participation where fees remain outstanding.

Payments may be made via:

  • Stripe
  • Bank transfer
  • Other approved methods

3. Refund Policy

Fees are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances approved by management.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Holidays.
  • Absence through illness.
  • Missed sessions.
  • Changes in personal circumstances.

If BFA cancels a programme, a credit or refund may be offered.

4. Weather and Venue Changes

Training schedules and venues may be amended due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Air quality concerns.
  • Venue availability.
  • Safety considerations.

BFA will endeavour to notify families promptly.

5. Player Conduct

Players are expected to:

  • Respect coaches and teammates.
  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship.
  • Follow instructions.
  • Behave appropriately.

BFA reserves the right to suspend or remove participants whose conduct is deemed unacceptable.

6. Parent Conduct

Parents are expected to:

  • Support all players positively.
  • Respect coaches and officials.
  • Refrain from abusive behaviour.

BFA operates a zero-tolerance approach towards abuse, harassment and discrimination.

7. Medical Information

Parents must inform BFA of:

  • Allergies.
  • Medical conditions.
  • Medication requirements.

Emergency treatment may be sought where necessary.

8. Liability

Participation in football involves inherent risks. BFA accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage except where required by law.
